海拔約1000到1600公尺的阿里山茶區，終年雲霧繚繞、晝夜溫差大，
因此茶樹生長緩慢，芽葉柔軟、葉肉肥厚、富含果膠。
茶葉收成後，以輕焙工法製成，保留山頭氣，使茶葉散發清新花香。
輕啜小口，茶湯清爽，帶有淡雅奶香，喉韻生津，順口回甘。
